Innocence

I recently read the book Innocence by Jane Mendelsohn. It is nonfiction written with depth and insight about life as a young adult. Mendelsohn describes a life of a girl coping with her relationships, her mother's death and her "evil" stepmother. She guides you through the mind of this girl. Once you have read this book you will be able to understand the psyche of young females. The main character psychology is going through ups and downs which makes you question your own reading. Mendelsohn has written an interesting and mind- stimulating book. Once you pick it up you will not be able to put it down.
